Our courses are not only useful for providing exercise and preventing unwanted weight, they also have a positive effect on your general wellbeing
SPINAL COLUMN TRAINING

Course times by arrangement
Strengthening of the heart and the circulatory system under medical supervision.
EXERCISES FOR THE OLDER PERSON
Please ask for the course times.
A medical prescription is necessary for our Rehabilitation Courses, which your family doctor or a specialist can provide. This will properly inform us of the diagnosis and the treatment recommended. Usually this prescription covers a treatment period of 3 to 6 months and will be subsidised by your health insurance.
The training programmes will be individually adjusted to each patient and take the form of therapeutic exercises. All courses will be carried out under the direction of our sports therapist and our physiotherapist. They are suitable for beginners as well as practised students.
Type of Prescriptions
The D1/D2 Prescription is a complex and extensive form of treatment that will be covered by your health insurance. The D1/D2 Prescription consists of various combinations of physiotherapy and medical training therapy. This form of therapy is only permitted in institutions which fulfil strict conditions concerning personnel and technological requirements. These therapies are not permitted to last less that 60 minutes.
The D1/D2 Prescription is mainly used in cases of serious incapacity which conventional treatments have been unable to cure.
Physiotherapy and Physical Therapy
These are medically prescribed cures that are used for functional disorders and aberrations.
For therapeutic support, physical measures such as electrotherapy, warmth and ice, as well as passive measures such as massage and lymphatic drainage, are often essential.
