Classical Massage (Partial or Full massage)

The familiar manual techniques such as kneading, stroking, friction, etc., produce a general increase in well-being as well as relieving strains. They increase blood circulation, stimulate the metabolism, and relax or activate the muscles.
A carefully planned combination of these techniques will stimulate skin functions, the bloodstream and the lymph-stream, and increase the elasticity of the ligaments and sinews. A well-balanced massage will deepen the breathing, harmonise the vegetative functions, lead to psychological relaxation, and alleviate pain.

Aromatherapy Massage

The skin is the largest sense organ, and you should take special care of it. With Aromatherapy massage each 100% pure essential-oil has different healing properties, relaxing, calming, energising, uplifting etc., therefore special oils are selected based on your specific needs. Your body directly absorb the oils through the skin into your whole organism.

Connective-Tissue Massage

For the connective-tissue massage the fingers stimulate the fascia, the network of areas between the muscles, which relaxes the muscles and influences the internal organs. It is recommended for circulatory disorders, digestive problems and many acute chronic illnesses.

Foot Reflexology Massage (FRM)

(Following the interpretation of Hanne Marquardt) Like acupuncture and acupressure, Foot Reflexology Massage is a regulative therapy; and regulative therapies assume that the biological systems link together, are energetically open to their environment, and reciprocally affect each other. It is thus possible to treat the whole body via the micro-system of the foot. This treatment can be used successfully against chronic and acute discomfort, and is particularly effective when used with specially proven aroma balms to treat the lymph system, the digestive system and the internal organs.

Good indications for use of FRM

Pain and illnesses of the spinal-column, joints and musculature; headaches; changes of blood pressure; acute and chronic digestive disfunctions; illnesses of the kidneys and bladder; acute and chronic illnesses of the respiratory system; abdominal discomfort (such as pain before and during menstruation); and susceptibility to infections and allergies, particularly with children.

Patients with acute or chronic venous inflammations, or infectious and highly feverish illnesses, are not suitable for FRM.

Foot Care

Furthermore, we offer medical foot care – and here are some hints for what you can do to take care of your feet!
Always keep them warm, ensure they get plenty of exercise, and bathe them regularly.
As far as possible keep your feet free from horny skin, corns and athlete’s foot.
Walk barefooted whenever you have the opportunity.

This is a ancient method of natural healing based on the use of Universal Life (Rei) Energy (Ki) and was rediscovered by Dr. Mikao Usui in Japan in the 19th century.
Reiki is the vital life energy which flows through all living things and which can be activated for the purpose of healing.
The Reiki therapist channels the healing energy through the hands to the recipient, activating the body’s natural ability to heal itself. As Reiki treats the whole body and not just the symptoms, it can assist the treatment of almost all physical and emotional conditions and enhances the benefits of other therapies.
